Account Manager
Topaz Labs builds generative AI software for image and video enhancement. Over 1M photographers and designers trust us with their work, including on teams at Google, Nvidia, NASA, and more. Over the past few years we've processed over 1 billion images, grown extremely quickly, and we're just getting started. We're looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team and drive value for our enterprise and B2B customers. This team is responsible for retaining and growing millions of revenue through excellent customer support, trainings, and identifying upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of contracted customer accounts, ensuring a high renewal rate. Conduct weekly or regular touchpoints with assigned accounts to maintain relationships and address any issues proactively. Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Serve as the customer advocate internally, ensuring needs are met across Support, Product, and Sales. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs for new accounts entering the renewal cycle. Track and manage renewal timelines, contract terms, and account health using CRM tools. Maintain accurate forecasts of renewals and expansion revenue. Analyze account data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities. About You
3+ years in an account management, renewals, or customer success role, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for tracking, reporting, and managing account health. Self-starter mindset with a focus on accountability and follow-through. What We Offer
