Inbound Shift
Join our US FOODS team on the Inbound Shift (MondayFriday, 12:00 AM start). Starting pay is $29.22/hour, plus incentive pay and shift premiums. Why You'll Love It Here: Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week, with paid training and paid overtime Incentive pay plus shift differential and freezer premium rewards A "YOU Matter" cultureyour contributions are recognized and celebrated Career?development opportunities with service recognition and leadership support Benefits start day one: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, life insurance, paid parental leave What You'll Do: Operate powered industrial forklifts to unload incoming shipments and move product to proper storage locationssecure and stack pallets to prevent damage or injury Verify inbound product against shipping/receiving paperwork (pack/size, quantity, labeling, temperature) and apply pallet labels for accurate inventory tracking Perform daily pre-start equipment and safety checks (battery, brakes, lift controls, fire extinguisher) and report any issues Accurately record all inbound product movements and equipment status in our warehouse management system; escalate discrepancies Maintain aisle and rack cleanliness by clearing debris, keeping work areas safe and organized What You Bring: OSHA-compliant forklift certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic math skills and the ability to read/write legibly Comfort working overnight and in multi-temperature environments (freezer to ambient) Prior forklift or receiving/material-handling experience is a plus A strong safety mindset and ability to follow established processes Your pay depends on relevant experience, education, skills, and location.
