Tackle complex jobs with precision; aim to get it right the first time Responsibility

Perform code-compliant, high-quality work while maintaining detailed records Empathy

Put the customer first; communicate clearly and treat their property with care Daily responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair septic systems including tanks, pumps, and drainage fields Diagnose and explain issues with confidence and professionalism Perform new system installations from excavation through final hookup Keep accurate documentation on inspections, permits, and service work Use advanced tools such as drain cameras, jetters, locators, and mini-excavators Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth job completion Maintain strict safety protocols on every job site What you bring to the team: 3+ years of septic system experience including repair, maintenance, and installations Preferred licenses or certifications in plumbing, wastewater, or drain services Strong knowledge of septic tanks, pumps, filters, drainage systems, and local codes Experience with equipment including excavators and jetting machines Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to read maps and navigate job sites efficiently Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and working outdoors in labor-intensive roles Valid driver's license with a clean record Team-oriented mindset with the drive to lead and take initiative Ready to join the best in the business?
