Level 2 - 3 Mill CNC Operator
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking to hire experienced Mill CNC Machinists for a manufacturing company in Monroe, WA. Ideal candidate will have previous experience operating Mill CNC machines.
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
PAY: $32 - $42 *Pay depends on shift and experience level
SCHEDULE: Day Shift: Monday
Thursday; 530am
4pm Swing Shift: Monday
Thursday; 3:55pm
2:15am Weekend Day Shift: Friday
Sunday; 530am
630pm
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40

Job Responsibilities: Load raw materials into machines according to specifications Perform finishing tasks on completed parts (e.g., deburring, buffing) Conduct quality checks using measurement tools Accurately log inspection results and production details Follow all production procedures and work instructions Replace worn tools and maintain tooling inventory Maintain a tidy, organized workstation Remove excess debris and material buildup from machines Ensure measurement tools are calibrated and in working condition Promote a safe working environment through proactive behavior Complete additional duties as assigned based on skill level Document process changes and shift updates clearly Operate post-process cleaning equipment such as tumblers and ultrasonic cleaners Use visual aids and scopes for detailed part inspection Work with inspection tools Read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances
Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or completion of a technical training program Previous exposure to manufacturing environments is preferred Familiarity with blueprints and inspection tools is a plus Comfortable with basic math, including geometry Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
