Accounting Manager!
Oversee the creation of periodic financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows. Lead and contribute to the closing cycles at month-end and year-end, ensuring thorough review of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and detailed variance analysis. Collaborate with the CFO and Sr Director to support strategic financial initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors during the annual audit process. Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting tools, enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency. Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Support treasury operations and contribute to cash management strategies. Execute special financial projects and analytical tasks as needed to assist executive leadership. Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance. A Master Degree is a plus. 10 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, or related functions. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on teaming and developing staff. Strong understanding and ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a strategic mindset. Expert Level The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $132000.00/yr. Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, 401K option This is a fully onsite position in Maryland Heights, MO. This position is anticipated to close on Aug 23, 2025.
