Senior Operations Analyst
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Analyst with extensive experience in ServiceNow administration and operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB, and will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and process automation. This is a hands-on technical and operational role that involves day-to-day platform administration, incident management, performance monitoring, and strategic collaboration to meet business and IT service needs. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including performance monitoring, user provisioning, and general system administration. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and relevant custom applications. Lead and participate in Major Incident Management (P1/P2), triaging and resolving ServiceNow platform issues to ensure high availability. Monitor and manage the ServiceNow Incident and Request queues, resolving platform issues, defects, and service degradations in a timely and efficient manner. Implement and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using MID Servers, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs. Perform routine platform maintenance activities, including version upgrades, patching, and instance cloning, with minimal disruption to users. Ensure compliance with security standards, access controls, and audit requirements across the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects, Business Systems Analysts, and Developers to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability. Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement process automation opportunities leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Maintain up-to-date platform documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Follow Agile methodology and ServiceNow best practices in all enhancement and support activities. Preferred Qualifications:
57 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Senior Analyst In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB Strong experience with platform integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server) Proven incident and problem management skills, especially under pressure (P1/P2 scenarios) Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) The base hourly range for this contract position is $40 - $70 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
