Lead Loan Servicing Representative
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Servicing Representative in the monetary operations team as part of Unsecured Lending Operations. In this role, you will: Support performance and overall effectiveness of Credit teams and external clients, as well as cross-group administrative operations Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Loan Servicing functional area Perform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to Credit teams Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Loan Servicing team and functional area on wide range of loan servicing activities Interact and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, and all levels of management, staff, and cross-business units Provide training to less experienced individuals Required Qualifications: 6+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Payment processing experience Data entry experience Leadership experience Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, acting on management requests that might require a sense of urgency Skilled at making decisions and knowing when to escalate to manager for guidance Ability to work and influence successfully Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency Highly motivated individual who is able to work well independently and in a team environment. Job Expectations: Schedule is flexible between 7:30am - 4:30pm & 8am - 5pm This role is based in a secure environment. Personal items are restricted. Digital devices may only be used during scheduled breaks, and only clear bags are permitted in the workspace.
