As a Senior Product Manager, you will join a dynamic team focused on redefining travel experiences through innovative, data-informed, and customer-centric product strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of marketplace platforms, particularly on the supply side, by integrating AI/ML technologies and leading cross-functional initiatives to save suppliers time with insights and automation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fintech, marketplaces, and creating scalable solutions that drive supplier success and simplified payment experiences. In this role, you will: Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with business goals and KPIs. Lead supply-side strategy for marketplace platforms, optimizing partner acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and monetization. Design and manage global payment flows, including pricing models, payout schedules, fraud prevention, and compliance. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations to ensure secure, scalable payment infrastructure. Develop supplier-facing tools and dashboards for transparency, performance tracking, and financial reconciliation. Implement AI/ML-powered solutions, facilitating technical feasibility discussions and guiding architecture design. Drive product experimentation, discovery, and design using innovative methodologies and advanced data analysis. Influence prioritization across teams, ensuring strategic alignment and proactive risk mitigation. Mentor junior PMs and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact product outcomes. Present in executive settings, using storytelling and negotiation to drive organizational alignment. Experience and qualifications: 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree or equivalent experience. Proven success in marketplace platforms, with a focus on supply-side strategy and operations. Demonstrated expertise in B2B product development, fintech, and/or payments. Skilled in designing and managing scalable, compliant payment flows and infrastructure. Proficient in applying AI/ML technologies to automate workflows and increase user engagement. Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills. Experienced in defining product metrics and guiding advanced data analysis. Adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes. Proven ability to drive product experimentation and performance optimization. Committed to mentoring junior PMs and fostering strategic product leadership. The total cash range for this position in Austin is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
