Legend Biotech is seeking IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist as part of the IT team based in Somerset, NJ. Role Overview

As an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you'll manage Microsoft Intune for device configuration, security, and lifecycle management across Windows and iOS. You'll automate provisioning, enforce compliance and access policies, and collaborate with security teams to protect endpoints. The role also includes troubleshooting, documentation, and staying current with Intune advancements. Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and security baselines. Oversee enrollment and lifecycle management of Windows, iOS, devices. Develop and deploy mobile application management (MAM) policies and conditional access controls. Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain endpoint protection and data loss prevention (DLP) policies. Automate and optimize endpoint provisioning and user onboarding using tools like Autopilot, Azure AD, and PowerShell. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Intune-related issues, leveraging Microsoft support and community knowledge as needed. Document all processes, configurations, and changes in compliance with change management procedures. Stay current with Microsoft Intune roadmap and recommend enhancements to improve endpoint management capabilities. Requirements

Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. Strong understanding of MDM, MAM, compliance policies, and conditional access in a hybrid or cloud-first environment. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Windows Autopilot. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration. Familiarity with device and application lifecycle management across platforms. Knowledge of information security best-practices, especially around endpoint security and encryption. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. The anticipated base pay range is $70,671 - $92,757 USD.
