Supply Chain Management position at Walmart! This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR. As a Senior Analyst
Supply Chain Management, you will be supporting Walmart and Sam's Club for general merchandise and dry grocery. You will be partnering with carriers and working cross-functionally with other teams. You will also be resolving issues as needed and completing metric investigations. You'll make an impact by: Implementing business processes and improvement strategies by staying up to date on supply chain and replenishment processes and procedures. Partnering with cross functional teams to implement sustainable solutions ensuring all stakeholders execute solutions based on agreed upon timeline. Supporting the supply chain process through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolutions and responding to escalation of daily issues. Analyzing data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiency. Providing data for the supplier compliance process flow researching and analyzing the root cause. Escalating exceptions concerning shipping, receiving inventory, and return related issues conducting performance reviews of merchandising department, distribution centers, and suppliers. Supporting field level direction and providing guidance for the execution of operations by acting as a liaison for the field communicating operational expectations to suppliers and transporters. Implementing supply chain flow process improvement efforts by contributing to the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders. You'll sweep us off our feet if You are proficient in MS Excel. You have previous experience working in the transportation industry. You have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 0
