Office Manager
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr DOE Location: Fort Myers, FL Experience: 2+ years of Office Management Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, mail, and general office maintenance. Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a streamlined workflow. Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management. Manage office budget, track expenses, and process invoices. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events. Communication & Support: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls and emails. Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed. Foster a positive and welcoming office culture. Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
