Supplier Quality Engineer: Manage supplier quality program and audits globally Drive corrective actions and root cause investigations Operate and evaluate supplier manufacturing and quality systems Deliver technical assessments, PPAP reviews, and process validations Create and maintain supplier scorecards and quality metrics Run proactive risk assessments and improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Supplier Quality Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field 3-7 years' supplier or manufacturing quality experience Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit protocols Proficient with quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D Experience with plastics, stamping, forging, or machining processes Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative across teams What's On Offer
