Works to develop action plans and can establish performance improvement projects with departmentmanagers to improve processes. Must have knowledge in long-term care regulations, must understand the Quality Measures/5STAR rating. Conducts required meeting and must be able to conduct audits on various shifts.Skills and Expectations include but are not limited to the following: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
