Gastroenterologist - Spokane, WA (Locums, No Call) Start Date : ASAP Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p Duration : Ongoing Location : Spokane, WA Rate
- $350/Hr
- Nightly Call/Shift - $350
- 24hr Call/Shift - $2500 (3 patient contact hours included)
- Call back/Hr - $425 Opportunity Highlights :
- Full-time Gastroenterology locum needed due to recent retirement
- No nights, weekends, or call coverage
- Supportive, team-based environment with a weekday hospitalist schedule
- Possibility to perform outpatient procedures, if preferred
- Work across two premier Providence facilities in Spokane
- Long-term locum with opportunity to transition to permanent placement Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Licensed in WA or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum availability: 2 weeks/month (ideal: full-time availability) Skills Needed:
- Upper and Lower GI endoscopy (with biopsy, polyp excision, foreign body removal, and cautery)
- Sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid)
- Esophageal dilatation and manometry
- Small bowel biopsy
- Colonoscopy
- Diagnostic ERCP
- PEG not required
- EUS and liver biopsy not required
- Comfortable with inpatient gastroenterology consults and procedures Why This Role?
