SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to the Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Generalists, handling recruitment activities, onboarding processes, data management, administrative operations, and various HR tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter all new hire paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and initiate pre-employment background screenings and drug testing procedures.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for both direct hires and temp-to-hire employees.
- Refer employee issues and concerns to Corporate HR for resolution as necessary.
- Assist the Senior HR Manager with workers' compensation, FMLA, benefits inquiries, and open enrollment activities.
- Handle miscellaneous projects, assignments, and HR tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Spanish-English bilingual ability is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and time management are critical.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in HR matters.
