Must-Haves: • 3-5 years of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Day-to-Day:
Reception & Front Desk Support:
• Greet visitors and ensure proper sign-in procedures
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Administrative Support:
• Assist staff and Project Managers with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing documents
• Maintain and organize digital and physical files for efficient access
• Support project teams by tracking and managing administrative project documents
Office Management:
• Order and manage office supplies, snacks, and coffee
• Ensure conference rooms are stocked, clean, and ready for meetings
Onboarding & Employee Support:
• Assist new hires with badge setup and office orientation
• Create and order business cards and employee badges
Additional Responsibilities:

• Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed to ensure office efficiency
