We specialize in property, casualty, and health coverage, and we’re seeking an Insurance Claims Analyst to support our Commercial Lines team on a contract basis in our Logan, Utah office.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor team inboxes, emails, and voicemails to identify and process new claims
- Review claim submissions, verify policy details, and assign cases appropriately
- Maintain active follow-ups and track updates on open claim files
- Attach documents with accurate coding and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Analysts to ensure excellent client service
- Participate in training and assist with team projects
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of commercial lines insurance experience (claims or account support) – 2 years preferred
- Previous experience in a retail commercial insurance agency
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with urgency and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
