Insurance Claims Analyst

to support our Commercial Lines team on a

contract basis

in our Logan, Utah office.

What You’ll Do Monitor team inboxes, emails, and voicemails to identify and process new claims Review claim submissions, verify policy details, and assign cases appropriately Maintain active follow-ups and track updates on open claim files Attach documents with accurate coding and maintain organized records Collaborate with Account Managers and Analysts to ensure excellent client service Participate in training and assist with team projects

What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of commercial lines insurance experience

(claims or account support) – 2 years preferred Previous experience in a retail commercial insurance agency Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work with urgency and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills
