Job Overview: Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to diverse behavioral health populations, including youth, high-acuity adults, and older adults. This role offers an $8,000$-12,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and opportunities to serve in both hospital and residential settings. Nurses collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, lead clinical care, and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment while upholding the organizations mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs, develop and update individualized care plans Coordinate and provide nursing care in collaboration with physicians and care teams Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge needs, and aftercare Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff Document and report patient information in accordance with policies Identify and communicate safety risks to physicians and leadership Serve as a clinical leader by delegating and coordinating staff assignments Support and promote a recovery-focused, person-centered approach Participate in quality improvement, resource stewardship, and staff development Model professionalism, integrity, and compassion in all interactions Required Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license (state-specific) Experience in behavioral health or mental health nursing preferred Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Commitment to patient-centered and recovery-focused care Benefits:
Shift differentials: 7am-3pm Saturday & Sunday: +$1.25/hour 3pm-11pm Monday-Thursday: +$2.00/hour 3pm-11pm Friday-Sunday: +$3.00/hour 11pm-7am Monday-Thursday: +$4.00/hour 11pm-7am Friday-Sunday: +$5.00/hour
