POSITION DUTIES Discharge Planning
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license and 2-3 years recent acute care inpatient experience as an RN Case Manager
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 22
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Days 8:00 - 4:30 every other weekend
