Pay Information $1,182 per week
About The Position Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday, Days Hours per Shift: 32 Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified; New Graduates are welcome. License: Valid state license required. Certifications: CPR certification preferred. Must-Have: SNF experience preferred. Description: Make sure the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submitting the candidate. A resume and license verification also need to be attached. If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined. A COVID test is required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior. Please review the credentialing checklist prior to submission: State license verification is needed. Resume and three references are required. County criminal check for the last seven years for all counties lived and worked. Federal criminal check for the last seven years or more. Multi-state criminal search for the last seven years or more. Nationwide sex offender search for the last seven years or more. HHS/OIG search is required. GSA search is needed. Social Security number trace is necessary. 2-step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray is needed. SAM search is required.
