About The Position Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: COTA Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday-Friday, Days Hours per Shift: 32 Experience: New graduates accepted License: State License Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Resume License verification References (3) Description: Candidates must ensure prescreen is filled out and attached upon submission. State license verification, resume, and references are required. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is highly preferred. Must undergo county, federal, and multi-state criminal searches for the past 7 years. A Nationwide Sex Offender Search for the past 7 years is required. HHS/OIG and GSA Searches are mandatory. A Social Security Number Trace is needed. 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon test, or proof of positive PPD with a Chest X-Ray is required. SAM Search is necessary. CORI Massachusetts Background check is required. 8 hours of Dementia Training is required.
