Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Agile Technical Project Manager to handle complex, highly visible projects crucial to our business operations. This role involves effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders, driving product delivery, and managing change at all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will excel in leading teams within a demanding, rapid-paced environment, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and run technology solutions, adhering to clients' implementation methodology. Deliver programs and projects within the specified targets and manage IT Application and Infrastructure change requests. Execute effective change management through consistent application of change management processes. Drive customer-facing and internal change management activities for stakeholder engagement. Support the product owner with stakeholder communications, manage project scope, schedules, and lead agile ceremonies.
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proven experience in change management principles and methodologies.
Required Domain Experience
Experience managing IT project delivery within a matrix organization is highly preferred. Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Six Sigma are considered a plus.
