Job Summary:
The primary role of the Salesforce Training Facilitator is to deliver high-impact training sessions and workshops aimed at empowering coworkers with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in using Salesforce. This involves not just educating staff on Salesforce functionalities and best practices but also offering ongoing support and mentorship to enhance their performance. The ideal candidate will foster a proactive learning environment and keep abreast of the latest in Salesforce and educational trends to ensure the delivery of top-notch training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging Salesforce training sessions and workshops. Provide coaching and support for skill development in both new and existing coworkers. Manage daily program operations including classroom management and various learning modalities. Contribute best practices and support department initiatives. Continually refine instructional skills and stay updated with learning and development trends.
Must-have Skills
Proven sales or technical expertise in Salesforce. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with e-Learning platforms.
Industry Experience Required
Technology sector experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on educational backgrounds.
Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a quick learner of new technologies. Dependable attendance with the ability to travel as needed.
