What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Foster team collaboration by enhancing dynamics and contributing to collective success - Take ownership of workstreams and deliverables to drive client impact - Prepare high-quality, polished deliverables, including analyses and presentations - Apply innovation tools and techniques, including generative AI, to enhance recommendations - Conduct primary and secondary research to gather and analyze data for client insights

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management consulting with a focus on strategy-related areas - Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required - Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach - Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools is a strong plus - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience leveraging generative AI to enhance problem-solving and client solutions - Proactive and self-motivated approach in both structured and unstructured environments - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)
