Description
In this highly visible and cross-functional role as a member of our hardware CAD team, you will be responsible for developing best-in-class methodologies and flows for Apple silicon. You will collaborate with multiple design teams to identify and implement automations in internal software evaluation, management, and deployment. This system will enable us to drive the quality of the chip, increase efficiency, and improve the quality of results (QoR) of our CAD flows. Minimum Qualifications
Knowledgeable in interpreted or scripting languages, such as Perl, Python, or TCL Knowledgeable in using version control systems, such as Git, Perforce Knowledgeable of software QA methodologies, including code review, regression testing, and coverage analysis Experience operating within an enterprise-scale Linux environment Ability to debug complex compute and license environments Minimum of BS degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience Preferred Qualifications
Strong Perl scripting abilities Experience integrating software into version control systems, such as Git, Perforce Experience with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies, platforms, and tools Knowledge of Environment Modules system Knowledge of databases, such as MySQL, Redis, and PostgreSQL Knowledge of distributed remote management systems, such as LSF, SGE, or NC At Apple, base pay is part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
