BioSpace . This role is based in Cambridge, MA, and reports to the Director level. As a Business Partner, you will focus on ensuring ethical behavior within the US Oncology organization, playing a key role in risk mitigation, ethical decision-making, and building a modern ethics and compliance function within Takeda. Key Responsibilities:
Promote ethical behavior aligned with Takeda's values across the organization. Lead the implementation of ethics and compliance strategies, influencing senior management and stakeholders. Develop and deliver programs to embed E&C principles into daily operations. Provide guidance on the interpretation of codes of conduct, policies, and SOPs. Collaborate across functions to identify and mitigate risks, and stay updated on external trends affecting compliance. Present on E&C topics and support digital initiatives related to compliance. Review and update policies to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in compliance, pharma, or related fields. Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including OIG and PhRMA guidelines. Up to 20% travel. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Additional Information:
