We are looking for an engaged iOS developer who is passionate about delivering excellent mobile experience for our users. The athenaPatient team delivers an industry-leading, patient-facing mobile application that simplifies patient-provider communications. It allows patients to schedule and check-in for appointments, check test results, conduct telehealth appointments, make payments, send secure messages, and more. Be a part of our initiative to embrace AI-driven development to rapidly deliver value and help promote mobile awareness throughout our Patient Experience organization. As a Senior Software Developer, you will implement and maintain high-quality iOS features that meet both business goals and user needs. You are responsible for delivering scalable, performant, and secure mobile solutions by collaborating closely with frontend web developers, architects, user experience designers, backend platform developers and product managers. Education, Experience, and Skills: 4+ years of experience in iOS mobile application and SDK development (1-2 years with SwiftUI)

Experience in Jenkins, GIT, JIRA required

Experience in full stack application development (backend: C#, .NET Core, Azure OR Java, Spring, AWS) desired

GraphQL, Figma, Automated Testing, Application security (nice to have)

In depth understanding of Apple recommended guidelines and best practices for coding

Knowledge of common design patterns

Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent development experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Produce accurate, clear technical design specifications to the appropriate level of detail

Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services in adherence with policies on security, performance, longevity and integration testing

Understand, follow, and reinforce Scrum methodologies, coding conventions, architecture, build processes, and best practices

Exceptional skill in build/test failure analysis and troubleshooting

Familiarity with AI-assisted development. Enthusiastic about recent trends in development practices (including AI)

Interested in and can quickly learn and leverage new and strategic technologies

Volunteer for work in the backlog and commit to quality delivery; Coordinate efforts across the team to ensure completion and effectiveness

Mentor, advise, and train team members to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness

Work collaboratively across organizations to ensure alignment towards business goals

Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members of varying experience levels

Share business and technical learnings with broader engineering and product organization, while adapting the approach for different audiences
