To effectively sell future cruises and serve as a Sales Department liaison while onboard Oceania Cruise ships, reflecting the luxurious nature of Oceania Cruises at all times. Responsibilities and Authority
In Port: 08:00am – 11:00pm / 04:00pm – 08:00pm Guest Experience Demonstrates genuine concern for guests’ wellbeing; Handles guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly; Creates a warm, welcoming, and fun environment onboard; Promotes guest interaction by informing them of upcoming events and activities. Operational and Administrative Maximizes sales through the Cruise Consultant Future Sales desk and socializing with guests; Maximizes future cruise bookings via appointments, consultations, and social interactions, including holding regular office hours and managing minimum daily desk hours; Participates in social events, hosts dinners, escorts ship tours, and represents the Oceania Club program. Additional Responsibilities Conducts presentations, attends receptions, participates in shore excursions, and supports onboard promotional functions; Prepares reports, manages printed materials, and ensures proper operation of technical equipment; Assists with administrative tasks, safety drills, and maintains positive team relationships. Education and Experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Fidelio Cruise; Sales background preferred; shipboard experience essential; High-level service understanding, strong leadership, and organizational skills; Outgoing, flexible, and able to work under pressure; Excellent social skills and professional appearance.
