Marketing & Events Manager
to take full ownership of their
event calendar, client engagement strategy , and
prospect experience . If you thrive in a high-performing environment and love bringing ideas to life, this may be your next great move. What You’ll Own: Full
event planning
and logistics: dinners, seminars, appreciation events Annual marketing
calendar design and execution Oversee client-facing
touchpoints
and firm visibility Be the
warm, energetic face
of the firm at all client/prospect events Track
event KPIs : attendance, satisfaction, and conversion metrics Who You Are: 5+ years in
event planning ,
marketing coordination , or
hospitality Exceptionally
organized ,
creative , and detail-driven Personable and polished —clients enjoy talking to you Experience in
wedding planning ,
luxury hospitality , or
experience design
is a strong plus Must be based in the Bay Area and excited about being
