A fast-growing financial planning firm in San Jose is hiring a Marketing & Events Manager to take full ownership of their event calendar, client engagement strategy , and prospect experience . If you thrive in a high-performing environment and love bringing ideas to life, this may be your next great move.

What Youll Own:

• Full event planning and logistics: dinners, seminars, appreciation events
• Annual marketing calendar design and execution
• Oversee client-facing touchpoints and firm visibility
• Be the warm, energetic face of the firm at all client/prospect events
• Track event KPIs : attendance, satisfaction, and conversion metrics

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in event planning , marketing coordination , or hospitality
• Exceptionally organized , creative , and detail-driven
• Personable and polished clients enjoy talking to you
• Experience in wedding planning , luxury hospitality , or experience design is a strong plus
• Must be based in the Bay Area and excited about being fully on-site
