Consulting Manager
to support our clients' AI journeys. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI. You should also have a strong product management background with a proven record in delivering product strategy and impactful solutions across complex portfolios. Responsibilities:
Maintain client relationships and tailor engagement to meet needs and expectations.
Lead client engagements by conducting discovery, developing strategies, and delivering solutions.
Deeply understand solution discovery frameworks, AI market trends, and AI tools across industries.
Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
Ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with teams to extend value and services for AI initiatives.
Provide leadership and foster collaboration among team members.
Identify and communicate delivery risks.
Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors.
Occasionally work extended hours or travel to different offices or client sites.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
7+ years of experience delivering AI and ML solutions across industries.
2+ years of experience integrating GenAI into solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong expertise in technology development environments.
Experience in professional services or consulting.
Knowledge of responsible AI governance frameworks.
Ability to manage complex portfolios and align outcomes with client goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with strategic and innovative thinking.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture across platforms.
