Human Resources Executive (Full Spectrum)

Our client is leading manufacturer of Power Equipment. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Executive to be part of their HR Team. They are located in the West Area . Duties of HR Executive: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system setup (Syngerix), exit interviews, and final payroll. Prepare employment letters and ensure timely submission of required documents. Support recruitment by shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and handling follow-ups. Administer employee insurance matters and work injury claims. Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. Calculate OT and work allowances; ensure accurate payroll data submission.
