Property Executive (Tenancy / Public Space)

Our client specializing in integrated facilities and property management services. They are looking for a Property Executive to assist their Facility team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible. Duties Assisting with the processing and documentation of tenancy applications, renewals, and terminations. Coordinating fit-out, reinstatement, and inspection activities in line with established guidelines. Liaise with tenants to address feedback and ensure adherence to lease terms. Regular site inspections and follow-ups on tenancy-related matters are required. Supports tenancy reporting and works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Requirements Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related discipline At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in tenancy or property management Experience in Tenancy (Public Space) experience will be preferred.
