Overview: Our client is redefining treatment for lymphatic and venous disorders through Dayspring, the first wearable, mobile-enabled compression therapy system that supports patient movement and autonomy. We are growing rapidly and seeking a driven sales professional to take ownership of a high-performing territory. We are urgently hiring an Associate Product Specialist. This is a launchpad role for ambitious sales professionals ready to break into the medical devices industry, with a clear, fast-track path to full-line sales. Role Summary: As an Associate Product Specialist, you will support full-line reps and drive awareness and adoption of the company's core product. This is a high-visibility, field-based role focused on both patient and provider interaction. Candidates must be energized by autonomy, daily execution, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior sales reps to cover territory demand Conduct in-clinic education sessions and patient-facing product demos Manage product training and documentation follow-up Travel within your designated territory to support sales and training activities Work closely with sales leadership and marketing on territory strategy Ideal Background: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (required) Bachelor's degree (required) Light medical sales preferred (lab, wound vac, DME, pharma, etc.) Strong communicator with proven ability to build relationships High learning agility, emotionally intelligent, and self-motivated Not afraid of hands-on work or a field-heavy schedule Career-driven and excited to break into the medical device industry Base Salary: $70,000-$75,000 (depending on location) Commission: Capped at $6,000 per month, with the expectation to consistently max the cap Full benefits package (medical, dental, 401k) Territory support and ongoing mentorship from senior leadership Strong team culture and peer collaboration Promotion path to full-line Product Specialist in 12–18 months Promotion from APS to Product Specialist within 6 to 12 months Why This Role: Break into the medical device industry with a high-growth company Be part of a performance-driven team with a strong culture Gain mentorship, exposure, and promotion opportunities in under 18 months Contribute meaningfully to patients’ lives while building your sales career Seniority level
