Bank of Hope The Strategy Officer is cross-functional helping garner support for the leadership team but also focus on fostering long-term partnerships that are critical to the organization’s success. Revisiting regularly and evaluating progress. Monitoring information flow. Ensuring commercial banking manager’s involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment. Provides leadership to the Commercial Banking team through planning, on-time feedback, and controls to motivate employees and promote the customer experience. Oversee large, cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives. Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and marketing recommendations. Creating systems and establishes policy, procedures and production standards to adequately measure and ensure consistent operational efficiency. Strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity are essential for this position. Must possess high EQ and be a collaborative team player Discretion and high regard for confidentiality in handling sensitive issues Strong facilitation, negotiation and mediation skills; ability to drive to consensus/ decisions Strong project management and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications/Requirements

Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience Experience serving in a Chief of Staff or critical Project Management role in a large, complex, and matrixed company 2+ years of experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles, and influence appropriately 3+ years of people management experience Proven ability to manage projects and activities in cross-functional team environment

The salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
