- The Strategy Officer is cross-functional helping garner support for the leadership team but also focus on fostering long-term partnerships that are critical to the organization’s success. Revisiting regularly and evaluating progress.
- Monitoring information flow. Ensuring commercial banking manager’s involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment.
- Provides leadership to the Commercial Banking team through planning, on-time feedback, and controls to motivate employees and promote the customer experience.
- Oversee large, cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives.
- Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and marketing recommendations.
- Creating systems and establishes policy, procedures and production standards to adequately measure and ensure consistent operational efficiency.
- Strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity are essential for this position. Must possess high EQ and be a collaborative team player
- Discretion and high regard for confidentiality in handling sensitive issues
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and mediation skills; ability to drive to consensus/ decisions
- Strong project management and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- Experience serving in a Chief of Staff or critical Project Management role in a large, complex, and matrixed company
- 2+ years of experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles, and influence appropriately
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven ability to manage projects and activities in cross-functional team environment
