President Summary

In this role, you will lead our end-to-end supply chain and procurement strategy. This executive will play a critical role in optimizing procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution, while upholding our commitment to sustainability, organic integrity, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a supply chain strategy aligned with our growth, sustainability, and operational goals. Lead procurement and sourcing initiatives focusing on ethical, sustainable, and cost-effective suppliers. Oversee planning and inventory to ensure optimal product placement, minimizing waste and excess. Manage logistics and distribution networks to enhance efficiency and service quality. Support digital transformation through ERP and supply chain technology implementations to improve visibility and forecasting. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to support innovation and market expansion. Ensure compliance with food safety and sustainability standards, working with quality and certification bodies. Build and lead a high-performing, purpose-driven supply chain team committed to accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, with 5+ years in an executive role within the CPG or food manufacturing sector. Deep knowledge of protein-based food supply chains, certifications, and sustainability practices. Proven success in managing complex, high-volume operations and improving service, cost, and quality metrics. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), demand planning, and advanced analytics. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Passion for mission-driven work, organic food, and making a positive impact.
