Business Immigration Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Learn about various immigration matters, firm procedures, and client processes.
Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and submission.
Communicate with foreign nationals and clients regarding case status or inquiries, under supervisor guidance.
Meet deadlines consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and update supervisors on case progress and escalations.
Compile and analyze data within case management systems for reporting to clients and management.
Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and adherence to firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Client-service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong prioritization, deadline management, and escalation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and drafting proficiency.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and other computer systems.
Desire to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Compensation:
The salary range for this hybrid role is approximately $50,000 - $60,000, based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Compensation decisions are individualized and may consider various elements including certifications and legal work authorization. All employment is contingent upon successful pre-employment screening, including background checks and verification of legal work authorization.
