Business Immigration Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about various immigration matters, firm procedures, and client processes.
- Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and submission.
- Communicate with foreign nationals and clients regarding case status or inquiries, under supervisor guidance.
- Meet deadlines consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and update supervisors on case progress and escalations.
- Compile and analyze data within case management systems for reporting to clients and management.
- Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and adherence to firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Client-service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritization, deadline management, and escalation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and drafting proficiency.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and other computer systems.
- Desire to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Compensation:
The salary range for this hybrid role is approximately $50,000 - $60,000, based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Compensation decisions are individualized and may consider various elements including certifications and legal work authorization. All employment is contingent upon successful pre-employment screening, including background checks and verification of legal work authorization.
