Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves coding invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records for a diverse book of clients using proprietary ERP software. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, working with both internal teams and external customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
Responsibilities Include
Code and process invoices, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Utilize ERP software to manage electronic and check payments. Maintain client accounts and monitor payment statuses. Employ Excel skills, including pivot tables, to document and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accuracy in payment processing. Handle insurance carrier payables with a focus on detail and accuracy. Process high volumes of statements and invoices, identifying and correcting discrepancies. Communicate effectively with internal employees and external vendors to resolve payment issues. Manage urgent payment processing tasks, including creating labels for overnight shipments. Record payments and update the payable systems accurately.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
