You will lead initiatives to enhance website performance, maximize PPC returns, optimize SEO, integrate video content into campaigns, and leverage cutting-edge 2025 marketing technologies — including AI — to improve targeting, personalization, and conversion. With a strong grasp of social media strategy and emerging platforms, you’ll develop and execute campaigns that spark conversation, create momentum, and translate into tangible business growth. Key Responsibilities: PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Management: Design, implement, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns to drive high-quality leads. Monitor campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, and ROI, adjusting bids and creative to maximize performance. Manage PPC budgets strategically for maximum impact. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research and implement advanced SEO tactics to increase organic traffic and improve rankings. Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic website traffic. Regularly monitor site performance using Google Analytics and SEO tools, providing actionable insights. Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes and industry trends. Social Media & Video Content: Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to expand reach and deepen engagement. Integrate high-quality video content into campaigns for use on social media, the website, and paid channels. Utilize emerging platforms and engagement tactics to stay ahead of digital trends. AI-Driven Marketing & Tech Skills: Leverage AI tools for campaign personalization, audience targeting, and content creation. Explore automation tools to streamline campaign management and reporting. Stay current on the latest digital marketing technologies and integrate them into campaigns. Communications & Brand Engagement: Collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create impactful content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives. Support internal and external communications tied to campaigns, events, and initiatives. Align messaging with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience segmentation Strategic Campaign Development: Drive engagement across digital platforms with compelling, goal-oriented campaigns. Evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly. Lead creative brainstorming sessions to ideate new ways of reaching and engaging target markets. Website Development and Maintenance: Manage WordPress site updates, ensuring it remains user-friendly, responsive, and conversion-focused. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly. Highlight promotions, services, and initiatives to drive traffic and conversions. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications with expertise in PPC, SEO, and social media strategy (Industry experience in commercial furniture or workplace interiors is a plus) Proven ability to create and manage video content for digital campaigns. Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation platforms. Strong knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS, as well as SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and Google Ads. Understanding of UX/UI principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
