: In support of Commercialization Strategy, the Sr. Manager of US Predictive Customer Engagement team develops and delivers analytical assessment, solution design and modeling capability relating to US customer experience and engagement across the portfolio, to drive competitive advantage and analytically informed decision making. Key Responsibilities and Major Duties Hands-on data scientist or machine learning engineer expected to ideate, design, develop, model, and deploy advanced solutions. Utilize cutting-edge analytics and machine learning to understand and predict the next best actions to improve US customer experience and engagement using various data sources. Build and own predictive machine learning solutions for US Commercialization to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Apply disruptive thinking to improve value through market understanding, streamlined engagement, and data-driven analytics. Combine market knowledge, brand strategy, and machine learning to improve predictive models quality. Translate complex machine learning insights into business language to facilitate understanding and usage. Collaborate with the broader Data Science & AI Predictive Solutions team to leverage analytics for non-commercial needs. Monitor external analytics landscape to identify and adopt new capabilities for continuous evolution and performance improvement. Qualifications/Degree/Certification/Licensure BA/BS in a quantitative field required; MBA or graduate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience; relevant experience may contribute to required years. Proficiency in Python/R and SQL. Experience with designing and deploying machine learning models (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, etc.). Experience with Git, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and MLOps. The starting compensation ranges from $152,150 to $184,400 plus incentives. Final compensation depends on experience. Eligibility for benefits varies by role and location. For more details, visit
