The Legal Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including legal document preparation, communication with clients, and overall support for legal staff. Responsibilities also include organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient office operations. Qualifications Legal Document Preparation and Law knowledge Administrative Assistance and Organization skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Experience in a legal environment is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field Seniority level
