We drive design in solutions for customers in industries like Consumer, Medical / BioTech, Industrial, Telecommunications, Smart Grid, EV, Networking, IoT, Transportation, AI, Green Energy and Quantum Computing Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales / Account Manager to join our team in San Jose, CA.You will play a critical role in managing customer relationships, driving sales of electronic components, and fostering partnerships with Principals and Customers across our territories An energetic, results-driven Field Sales / Account Manager who will : Prospect and develop relationships with OEMs, Contract Manufacturers & Distributors. Promote and position our electronic component portfolio. Support design-in efforts by collaborating with customers' engineering teams and supplying technical information. Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast sales, and report to management. Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude in the heart of Silicon Valley, alongside experienced professionals Key Responsibilities Identify and grow new business opportunities through cold outreach, trade shows, networking and Principal Leads Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts and distributors. Coordinate with technical support to deliver solutions-aligned proposals. Travel within assigned territories to meet customers on-site. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Qualifications 3+ years of B2B technical or electronic component sales experience—manufacturer's rep experience a plus. Strong technical aptitude : ability to understand product specs, applications, and customer engineering needs. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with proven success in a territory-driven role. Regular travel within assigned territory. Why Join Us?
