Formulate and execute operational strategies within the architecture and real estate industries. Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective organizational performance and growth. Liaise with and report to the head office in Japan on business performance, operations, and strategic matters. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related fields. Approximately 15+ years of practical experience in the architecture and real estate industries, with a strong emphasis on operations management (e.g., 10–12 years of industry experience plus 3–5 years in senior management).
