Responsibilities:

• Provide overall management and strategic oversight of the Singapore branch’s operations and business administration.
• Formulate and execute operational strategies within the architecture and real estate industries.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective organizational performance and growth.
• Liaise with and report to the head office in Japan on business performance, operations, and strategic matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Approximately 15+ years of practical experience in the architecture and real estate industries, with a strong emphasis on operations management (e.g., 10–12 years of industry experience plus 3–5 years in senior management).
• Proven track record as a Managing Director or in an equivalent senior leadership position.
