AWS / Azure Developer

with a client in
Boston, MA.
Responsibilities include designing resilient, scalable architectures and implementing secure APIs and automation using tools like Terraform and Vault. Rate Range:
$37/hour to 41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. AWS / Azure Developer job responsibilities include: Develop, deploy, and manage applications on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and container services like EKS and AKS.
Design secure and scalable APIs, ensuring data protection through cryptographic algorithms and secure coding practices.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based systems, focusing on resiliency, performance, and disaster recovery.
Manage secrets and encryption keys using tools such as HashiCorp Vault, AWS KMS, and Azure Key Vault.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years in software development, with 5+ years in cloud platforms and scripting.
Proven experience in secure coding, API design, and cloud deployment using AWS and Azure services including EKS/AKS.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and key management tools like HashiCorp Vault and AWS KMS.

Pay Details:
$37.00 to $41.00 per hour
