The
Event Manager
will be responsible for strategy, environmental design and execution of logistics for a suite of signature events.Duties include event production, logistics management and creative implementation of event elements, including, but not limited to food and beverage, décor, branding and audio visual.You will work directly with external vendors and a variety of internal teams to produce best in class experiences for our membership and partners.This position will work closely with our Former Player Services Department to conceptualize, design and produce signature event activations for our
former player membership
of 15,000+. The ideal candidate has proven experience with in-person and virtual events and is exceptionally organized, able to manage competing priorities and successfully resolve issues, is a master of prioritization and thrives in a fast-paced environment.You will be a part of a culture of event excellence and strive for flawless execution underscoring the organization’s mission providing world-class service. Primary responsibilities include: ·Designing and creating premier event experiences. ·Partnering and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and deliver world class events. ·Analyzing and developing solutions and strategies to streamline all aspects of the event lifecycle.
