[Job ID: 1045146] Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific analytical instruments at customer sites. Liaise with customers to address service concerns and provide effective technical solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure quality service support. Identify opportunities for new preventive maintenance contracts. Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to support service requirements. Provide technical training to end-users and distributors. Prepare service and spare parts quotations for customer enquiries. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. 2–4 years’ experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments. Knowledge of Particle Size Analyzer, X-ray Fluorescence, Spectroscopy, or ICP Spectrometer is an advantage.
